All OUR apps are based on Atlassian Forge (https://go.atlassian.com/forge) - Atlassians development and hosting solutions.
So all data ( in & out) are kept on secure Atlassian's own infrastrucure.

WE and YOU (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter referred to as YOU) can rely on the Atlassian infrastructure.
WE do not have access to Atlassians infrastructure. Therefore, we cannot access technical elements such as cookies, system-internal server logs, ... in any way.

This Privacy Policy only applies to data that WE can potentially obtain from YOU:

While YOU are using OUR Atlassian cloud apps  (mainly Confluence apps)

  • WE do not get any data YOU enter into the site,

  • WE do not collect or store personal data,

  • WE do not share YOUR data.

Which data are affected by this policy?

Situations  where WE get some data from YOU:

  • You are creating a ticket in OUR service portal

    • Which data is collected: YOUR name, email address, descriptions, attachments, ...

    • Reasons for data collection: In order to process YOUR service case WE need some details 

    • Retention period:
      WE keep the details for 12 months after the ticket has been closed. This enables US to re-open the ticket in case the problem shows up again. 

  • YOU contact US via email

    • Which data is collected: YOUR name, email address, descriptions, attachments, ...

    • Reasons for data collection: In order to process YOUR service case WE need some details 

    • Retention period:
      WE keep the details for 12 months after the problem has been closed. This enables US to re-open the contact in case the service case / problem shows up again. 

  • YOU claim a bug in OUR apps

    • During the analysis phase WE may ask YOU to activate a detailed logging of the app. This log does not contain any personal data, user created content or confidential data.

    • Reasons for data collection: In order to analyze and solve the claimed issue

    • Retention period:
      WE keep the details for 12 months after the ticket has been closed. This enables US to re-open the problem analysis in case the problem shows up again. 

This data is only stored for the stated purpose and duration.
The data will not be processed in any other way or passed on to third parties.

YOU have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data.
